Job Description

Lead agile development teams at Arthiv Technologies, manage project lifecycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. PMP or Agile certification is a plus. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills to drive projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1
    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • 2
    Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines.
  • 3
    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • 4
    Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • 5
    Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • 6
    Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Qualifications
  • 1
    Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2
    5+ years of experience in technical project management.
  • 3
    Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • 4
    Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • 5
    Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • 6
    PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is highly desirable.
