Job Description
Lead agile development teams at Arthiv Technologies, manage project lifecycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. PMP or Agile certification is a plus. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills to drive projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- 2Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines.
- 3Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- 4Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- 5Report and escalate to management as needed.
- 6Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Qualifications
- 1Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 25+ years of experience in technical project management.
- 3Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- 4Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- 5Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- 6PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is highly desirable.
